How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST usually ship the same day. Every order placed on a standard business day ships within 24 hours. When you receive your order depends on your location but most customers tell us they can't believe how quick the order is received. Within the US, standard orders are shipped first class. Upgraded shipping is available ~ contact us for pricing. Outside of the US most orders are shipped by UPS or Priority mail.

Yes! Within the US, priority mail is available for an additional 6.95 and express mail for 19.95!

What is your return policy?
Our sterile, sealed products may not be returned due to safety reasons however we guarantee the products are exactly as described or we will refund your money. Our books, videos, etc can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt for a return authorization code.
